The master suite offers a king-size bed and an exceptionally large walk-in closet with full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a cozy queen-size bed with full dresser and closet. In the back of the home are the additional 2 bedrooms: the first includes a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, which leads into the second back bedroom with queen-size bed. Smart TVs with Roku devices are available, and guests can log into their own apps. The house features an attached one-car garage, and the large circular driveway has space to park up to three cars. The home is located just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If there are more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera at the front door may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
