The house is 3 blocks from the city marina with daily boat and slip rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. There are no pets allowed on property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
