One bedroom also has a Smart TV. The townhome also includes memory foam mattresses and premium linens, spa-style bathrooms with high-pressure showers, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony or patio.
Parking is limited to three vehicles in the spots labeled 227 in front of the townhouse. Mid-size SUVs or smaller can fit in the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for one pet or $25 per night for two pets. There is a one-time $49 fee for one large pet or a one-time $95 fee for two large pets. An optional cleaning reset for extended stays is available for $175.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation. Only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500+ and/or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs. Entry requires a smart lock.
