The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, including a French door refrigerator, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll have dishes, silverware, cutlery, baking dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, cups, wine glasses, and a waffle maker. Coffee drinkers can enjoy a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig. A pack and play, highchair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided. The first floor also offers a full-sized laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and a convenient hanging area. Pets are not allowed at this property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup; failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. All issues or damage must be reported immediately.
