This home features a beautiful open-concept layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard with a fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials are included. The living room has a couch for comfortable seating, coffee tables, an ottoman, and a designer rug. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a glass standing shower, and essential toiletries are included.
Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, on the driveway, and on the streets. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
