Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests can log in with personal accounts. The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work-friendly stays.
