The property is not baby-proofed, and no smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated, and no third-party bookings are allowed without written agreement. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the suite.
