A resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for up to 10 people/wristbands is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at Guest Services. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat off the beaten path, providing a spacious accommodation with a home-away-from-home feel. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, it's just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available. Guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. The clubhouse and amenities are fully open and available for use. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100).
