Located in Reunion Resort, this villa features 5 spacious themed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation. Thoughtfully designed with a large living area, this villa includes a game room with a pool table, arcade, and games, as well as a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private pool with the option to add heat, and outdoor pool loungers for ultimate comfort. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We do welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is just 8 miles away. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. This villa offers a remote work-friendly environment with free Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.
