House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. DeSoto, known as the All-America City, is a quaint community located within 15 miles of downtown Dallas in the southwest corner of Dallas County. The hot tub and reclining couch are out of service. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Two security cameras are installed outside for security. Pest control service is monthly, and you might encounter wildlife in the yard. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, but there is no cable. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of house rules could result in reservation cancellation without refund and loss of deposit.
