This spacious apartment features a full kitchen, dining areas, a washer and dryer, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, and the adjacent dining areas make it easy to gather and reconnect over meals. Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Guests have access to community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. This apartment is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. There is also free parking on premises. The property sits within a short drive of several local attractions, including the University of South Florida, MOSI, and Busch Gardens Tampa. Nearby parks are also easily accessible, making this a practical home base for exploring the area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
