This house sits in close proximity to the heart of downtown Montgomery, offering convenient access to the city's amenities such as grocery stores, great restaurants, parks, and museums. It is just a few minutes away from Jackson Hospital and Alabama State University.
The pool is open year-round and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, and access to the yard/pool area will be needed on service day. Please respect the neighbors and avoid entering their property, and ensure the pool is accessed exclusively through the home. Parties are prohibited at the home. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds; all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
