The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
Heating the pool and spa is available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. An initial heating cost of $150 will apply, plus $60 per day to maintain the pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for an initial heating cost of $120 and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding the first six.
