Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a $50 fee per pile. Late check-outs and early check-ins, if available, incur a $15 per hour fee, which must be requested prior to your stay. Quiet hours are enforced between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. No parties, smoking, or vaping are allowed inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house. A laptop computer is not included.
