An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to any security cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the balconies and garage, and if evidence of smoking or vaping is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $500. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour.
