Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. There is a security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway and property entrance only. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
