Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A pet fee is applied for one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
