Carlington/Ottawa: Entire finished and furnished basement for rent. The shared kitchen is on the main floor. The basement has a separate entrance, a bedroom, a salon, a private bathroom (shower/toilet/sink), and a shared laundry room (I, the landlord will need to access the laundry room once per week). I have a rather precocious daughter who is about to turn 7 who lives with me half the time, and I am looking for a renter who is comfortable around children. There is a tv, a microwave, and a fridge in the basement, as well as a dresser and cabinet. The furnace in the basement is extremely quiet and only a small amount of noise travels down from the main floor. The house is a separate unit in Carlington between Kirkwood Ave and Raven Park, 3 minutes from the 417/Kirkwood exit, a 5-minute drive from the Ottawa Civic Hospital, and a 10-minute drive from both Carleton University and Algonquin College campuses.
