Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited, and a $150 violation fee will apply. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, and please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
