It's crucial to pick up after your pets, as we will charge an additional $50 if droppings are left behind in the yard. There’s plenty of free parking on-site in the driveway. Nestled in a quiet Bella Vista neighborhood surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, this home is just minutes from the Back 40 trail system, ideal for world-class mountain biking and hiking. It's also close to beautiful lakes for kayaking, fishing, or peaceful picnics, and a short drive to top-rated golf courses and scenic lookout points. Bentonville’s restaurants, shops, and the Crystal Bridges Museum are just a quick trip away. This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Smoking inside will incur a charge for smoke remediation, which can exceed $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances, with unregistered overnight guests incurring a $50 fee per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a fee of no less than $100, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes, as replacement charges will apply. Work ready with high-speed Wi-Fi and a table to work, this home is remote work-friendly, ensuring you can stay connected and productive during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
