This is a self-catering home, and while starter supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, two laundry detergent pods, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided, these will not be refilled during your stay. Coffee is not included. The home is not baby-proofed. There is one camera installed outside the house pointing to the carport area. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, though firearms may be kept locked in a vehicle. Glass items are prohibited by the pool. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and are preferred to remove them indoors. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
