If you would like to add private pool and spa heating, please let the host know in advance; the cost is $35 per day of stay. Located in Davenport, this home is within easy driving distance of Orlando’s attractions, shopping, and dining. A nearby supermarket and additional stores are just minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure; failure to do so could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
