The number of guests must not exceed what is stated on the reservation and will be monitored via security cameras on the property. Violating any of these rules will result in an immediate $1,000 fine and the cancellation of your reservation. Trash pickups occur every Tuesday and Friday mornings. Trash should not be left on the curbside until Tuesday morning or Friday morning as per HOA rules. Leaving trash on the curbside outside of these times will result in a penalty. If the trash bins are full and it is not Tuesday or Friday, please let us know, and we will arrange for our cleaner to come and remove them. We kindly ask that you do your best to minimize the amount of trash during your stay.
