Located on Whidbey Island, this home is a tranquil retreat with lush forests, quaint towns, and stunning beaches. Greenbank is in South Whidbey, a quiet, rural community and home to the 522-acre Whidbey Island Greenbank Farm. Two public beach accesses from Salmon Street are just a block away. The best way to explore Whidbey Island is by car. This is not a pet-friendly home; a $500 fine will be assessed for unauthorized pets. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home; a $500 fine will be assessed per violation.
