However, they are very responsive to managing the noise level, and you can expect the home to be fully quiet after 8pm daily. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if traces of smoking are found in the house. This policy includes no smoking of E-Cigarettes inside the house, though you are free to smoke outside as long as there is no debris left and no fire hazard to the house and neighbors.
