Its convenient location is close to shops, the local grocery store, and especially the beach.
Upon entry, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen, which also includes a washer and dryer. Off the living room, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which features two sets of bunk beds. At the back of the living room, there is a master suite with its own bathroom. You're free to use the whole house, the bottom patio, and the backyard.
The house is conveniently located just a short drive from the beach and close to shops and the local grocery store, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
The luggage lift is not available as an elevator and is meant for groceries and luggage only. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and no parties or events are allowed. Guests should maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and report any accidental damage immediately. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. Grilling is only allowed downstairs on the patio area, and the grill must be cleaned after use. Please rinse sand under the house after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or pour grease down the drains to avoid damaging the septic system. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. Swimming at Crystal Beach is at the visitor's own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. Please respect the home as you would your own.
