Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each.
