Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $100.

The second floor contains the master bedroom with one queen-size bed and the master bathroom. The third floor has two queen-size beds separated by a stairwell. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. The bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly guests. The home is located right across the street from a convenience store and gas station. There are two exterior security cameras (one at the front porch, one at the rear door) operating 24/7, and two noise monitors (one in the living room, one in the kitchen) that measure noise levels only.
