If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Pets are not allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.
