Parties and events are not permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm in accordance with local ordinance. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. The home includes a desk in the dining area for those who need to work from home. A laptop computer is not included.
