Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. A $45 handling fee applies, in addition to the actual shipping cost, to cover the time and materials required for packaging and mailing personal items left behind at the property.
