Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only one house-trained dog is allowed with prior written notification and approval. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests. The dock is off-limits and not for guest use. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 12. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
