Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap are provided in each bathroom. Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided in the laundry room and kitchen. Coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A written notification and host approval are required for dogs, with a pet fee of $150 applied for up to one house-trained dog. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property.
