Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description; babies under the age of two are not included in this count. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home; the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. No parties or large gatherings are allowed; if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM; any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. There is an $100 unauthorized late check-out fee applied for check-outs later than 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
