Parking is not included in the price, but there is public parking in the building. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. A pet fee of $10 per night for one pet applies. Travel cribs for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Please book in advance. Guests must provide their personal information prior to check-in, including a selfie with ID as an antifraud measure. Guests need to be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building, and refunds will not be provided. Smoking inside incurs a penalty, and the refundable deposit of $500 CAD will not be refunded if there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated.
