The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
