If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. No parties and no pets are allowed. No outside guests (visitors) without contacting management. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with extremely limited street parking.
