Take advantage of the lakeside location by exploring the water with provided kayaks and safety gear. Delight in an extensive collection of board games and puzzles for laid-back evenings and friendly competitions. Located within walking distance to some amazing restaurants and close to Firestone Country Club, this Lakeside Retreat offers convenience and access to local attractions. Indulge in breathtaking views of Portage Lakes from multiple vantage points within the home, providing a constant connection with the natural beauty of the surroundings. There is work being done on the exterior of the home from December to April during the week from 9am to 5pm. Workers can be visible from the ground level, particularly in the kitchen and dining area, given the layout of the property. Workers' vehicles will also be parked in the driveway during this time. There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video, as well as cameras on the front of the home and garage. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Keep noise to a minimum outside, as there are decibel readers that track noise levels (these do not record conversations). A $500 fine is imposed for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning, although smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. For charcoal grills, bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests. I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
