You agree and assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless against any loss, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever resulting from the privilege of having a pet on the premises. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals not listed here while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not picking up after their dog.
