Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are accommodated at any given time. While children and infants are welcome, the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle, as you risk getting towed. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Plumbing is sensitive; do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins or tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
