The layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area, offering ample counter space and a kitchen island with additional seating. The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed adjacent to the main floor bathroom and laundry room, complete with a relaxing tub. Upstairs, the master room features a queen bed, and two additional rooms provide comfort and privacy with a queen bed in one and a full/twin bunk bed in the other, all offering plush bedding and ample storage. We provide a pack 'n play and children's booster seat for family accommodations if needed. A starter pack of amenities is provided, including fresh paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, a new sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, and laundry pods. Nestled in the heart of Dade City, Florida, this home provides a perfect blend of comfort and charm. If you do not sign the waiver, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a fee, and you will not be allowed to access the property unless this document is signed. The garage is locked and not usable to guests. This is an open pool, meaning there is no lanai to keep out leaves and debris. Weekly pool care is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, and a long skimmer is provided for guest use. The filter and levels of the pool will always be checked and maintained.
