The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances and a Keurig. The main living room has huge windows overlooking the lake, while the second basement living room offers seating, a kitchenette, and a bar area. Board games, card games, and puzzles are available, and the home is kid-friendly with a Pack 'n Play and Baby Stair Gate. The large, double-decker patio includes a BBQ grill, plenty of seating, a dining table, and a porch swing. A fully equipped laundry closet is available for guest use, and fresh towels and linens are provided. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, including a covered carport and a 2-car garage, all available for guest use. This property is not pet-friendly. On-street parking and parking in front of the driveway leading to the home below are not permitted. The nearest beach is at War Eagle Marina, just 0.8 miles down the road. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
