Welcome to Oceans Pointe, an inspired condo with a private balcony just 10 feet from the beautiful Tampa Bay, where you'll feel at home. This newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located inside a resort. This condo features an open, sun-filled layout with an electric fireplace, a comfy sofa with a pull-out bed, and 2 Smart TVs. The fully furnished private balcony includes a table and chairs. High-quality towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided, along with complimentary gourmet coffee and beach gear, including chairs, towels, and a bag. Full resort access is included, featuring a year-round heated waterfront pool, sundeck and loungers, bar & grill, convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking. Trailers, boats, and jet skis are prohibited. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. Manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. There is also a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine and beer, toilet paper, and coffee. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 18 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Security will request an ID upon arrival. Unless otherwise stated, all check-in times are 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While the apartment is regularly treated for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Refunds are not offered for this.
