The Howdy Hideout is the perfect family vacation home located in Aransas Pass, just a short drive from Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi. Retreat to the master bedroom with a cozy queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a 42" smart TV, while the family bedroom accommodates up to six guests with three full-size beds and a 32" Roku TV. Gather in the inviting living room with oversized couches and a 55" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes glassware, plateware, non-stick cookware, and all necessary utensils. Pets are welcome with a $120 per stay fee per pet, capped at $200 per pet. A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights, with the same fee as the regular cleaning. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, and kept off furniture and bedding, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Aransas Pass is a quaint town nestled between Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi, making it a top destination for exploring the Gulf Coast. The home is a short drive from popular attractions like Rockport Beach, Port Aransas Beach, and Goose Island State Park. It's best to have your own car as there is no Uber in town, but local taxi companies are available. The entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length, but poses no issue for vehicles. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday, and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb. Emotional support animals are not exempt from the pet policy and fees. Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, and toiletries, but additional supplies are the guest's responsibility unless the stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
