No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property; smoking is permitted outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each.
