The living area offers a large couch for cozy entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a queen bed. Guest Bedroom 3 features a built-in bunk bed with a twin trundle (full on bottom, twin on top) and an en-suite bathroom. A third full bathroom is located across the hall from the queen bedrooms and has access to the pool deck. The backyard is a resort-style oasis with a large pool, a paver deck with seating, an outdoor dining set under a pergola, an outdoor bar with a sink, a two-hole putting green, a gas firepit, and a tanning deck.
Pool heat is available for $30 per day. Guests can enjoy the outdoor dining area, built-in bar, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Additional outdoor features include a putting green and an outdoor soaking tub. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 4 vehicles are provided. Complimentary coffee is available for the first morning. A washing machine and dryer are accessible. Pets are allowed for 1 dog under 50 lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, and the home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests they will have to the correct amount; having more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation may result in an additional fee. A security camera is actively recording at the back of the home. Attempts to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
