Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, as enforced by St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; attempting to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to this device may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Furniture, appliances, or decor must not be moved from their original positions, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original set-up.
