Check-in time is 4pm Central Standard Time, and checkout time is 10am Central Standard Time. If you stay past the checkout time, you will be charged for an extra day and cleaning fee. We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. Pets are permitted only if house trained, and you are expected to clean up after your pet, or fees will be assessed. Private pool is used by registered guests only, and pets are not permitted in the pool or on furniture at any time. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. There is parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/parking on grass/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in a citation from the City of Destin to be paid by the guest in violation.
