Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and a pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The check-out time is 10:00 AM.
