While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Up to two cars may park in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. The reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
