Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Guests must provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
