The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and a fine of up to $500 may be imposed for setting the temperature below 70°F. No smoking, drugs, or fireworks are allowed on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if rules are violated. A remote work-friendly environment is available with Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
