The front desk operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025, during which only the indoor pools will be heated. Outdoor pool heating will resume on March 1, 2025. Some properties have security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but there are no surveillance cameras inside. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
